Bill has been a life member of TU since the late 90's and served as Chapter President of two Arkansas Chapters and is the Past AR' Council Chair. He is currently serving as the NLC Rep from Arkansas.
Bill can now be found working at Dally's Ozark Fly Fisher in Cotter, AR or rowing his drift boat on the White or Norfork Rivers....
