Bio

As an executive career and leadership coach, I ask powerful questions to help you focus inwardly on what you want and uncover what's holding you back. You know what I mean – your “inner critic” – that nagging internal voice that throws your values and actions out of alignment.

If you are dissatisfied with some aspect of your work life and are seeking greater satisfaction, I can help - whether you are a private individual or the leader of an organization.

PRIVATE CLIENTS

My private clients tell me I’m a bit like the Cheshire Cat, always bringing the focus back to “Where do you want to go?” When focus is lost, the narrative drifts to “Any road will do,” and that’s never a good plan. Whether focused on work life or career, I help my private clients become:

• Re-energized
• More meaningfully motivated
• Less fearful about new opportunities
• In greater harmony with work and life

ORGANIZATIONAL CLIENTS

As a former corporate executive in the school publishing industry, I am deeply knowledgeable about both the corporate and school worlds, from the lingo to the pertinent issues. To help focus our coaching relationship, I can employ validated assessments that:

• Can predict leadership behavior
• Identify qualities of emotional intelligence
• Define the values that drive individual behavior
• Create positive changes in performance and behavior

And my coaching doesn’t end when the session does. I frequently send through-provoking articles, books, and links to media that keep clients thinking between sessions. Throughout our engagement, they know I am there, supporting their focus on the issues they've brought to coaching.

TRY A "CAREER SPARK" SESSION

To help you or your organization get started, I offer a sample coaching session - a 60-minute "Career Spark" session that allows you to experience the coaching environment and how I coach in it.
