I started fly fishing under the guidance of my grandfather. He taught me to cast with a steel fly rod and an old automatic reel. I still have both. I learned in the pasture next to his house.
i currently work as a government contractor training security personnel. King hours and many nights away from home. I get few days off, so my fishing time is virtually non-existent at this time.
I have a love for the outdoors and enjoy the peace and quiet of fly fishing when I get a chance. My wife of thirty years has a sparked interest in fly fishing, but prefers to watch me cast and also enjoy the peace and quiet…of course that only happens when I am not hung up in a tree
