I grew up in Passaic N.J. Graduated from Passaic High School. Attended the University. of Missouri at Kansas City, as a physical education major. Played baseball, football, and basketball. Served in the Army from 1965-1971. Served in Vietnam with the 9th Infantry in 1966, and with the 11th Armored Calvary in 1967, both as a combat medic. I have been married to my wife Lilliane for 49 years. Have a son Kevin, and a daughter Suzanne, with three grandchildren Tyler, Kendra, and Gwen. I worked at the New Jersey City University, for 33 years, where I started as a landscaper, and finished my career as an Assistant Director of Facilities. After retirement, I worked at the Carnegie Deli Commissary, and finished up at our local library, before becoming ill. My hobbies included fly fishing, bass fishing, surf fishing, and ice fishing. Also loved the Jersey Shore, camping, hiking, and gardening.
